Connector Insertion Machine MODEL CAC-INS-001

The CAC-INS-001 is a semi-automatic Connector to Tube Insertion Machine
designed to accurately control insertion of a plastic connector into the end of a flexible tube. The ergonomic design will eliminate common operator hand injuries related to this type of a manual process. While at the same time
significant process through-put and yield rate will be realized.

The insertion mechanism design has the capability to handle many different tube sizes with the same basic connector design. The tubing and its mating connector recipe can be pre-programmed for ease of selection from the
Operator Interface Terminal (OIT).

The insertion force design has the capability to apply up to 6000N of applied force. The tube gripping mechanism will accept 3/32” - 1” Outer Diameter tubing without tool change.

This equipment is designed to accommodate plastic tubes that present high expansion resistance.

Safety guard protection is a standard feature.
